I appreciate the friendly staff.

Their program is way too structured... We came ready to work out the first and second visit however they had a class the first night (understandable) and the second night she did not have the time available to teach us about the equipment. Then when she informed me that they close at 6:30 I was done. Had I investigated their hours first, I would not have purchased the Groupon. My friend and I are both professionals and on most good nights would be rushing just to get their before they closed... Not a good fit for us.

I wish you were open 7 days a week!

Personnel very friendly and supportive and exercise program is fast-moving - after familiarity with the program, one can be in and out in 30 minutes and feel like you had a workout.
