If I could give 0 starts I would. Worst manicure/pedi I have ever gotten not to mention the pedi chair here is a very uncomfortable recliner with a home foot spa sat in front of it. My nails and toes look like they were painted by a child I am so embarrassed and can’t wait to take it off!

Didn't get my appointment before the coupon expired. I purchased the group on in December for my 1st anniversary, but they had no openings. Then I thought I'd use it January for another party but I ended up having to work. Then the last week before the group on expired, they were also booked. Three attempts and I just couldn't get in.

The lady that did my pedicure and gel manicure was very nice, but it was the worst pedicure and gel manicure I’ve ever had. Basically she just soaked my feet for a few minutes and then polished my nails. Did not even trim my toenails and they needed it. Also as far as the gel manicure goes, there was hardly any polish colors to chose from and then my nails weren’t even dry when I left.
