My experience was a comedy of errors. On the day of my appointment they called me to cancel because the doctor was ill. The doctor called the next day and apologized. I showed up for my rescheduled appt and was told to go out and get a cup of coffee because they had to drive to Canfield to get the Botox. The injections were painful and the nurse said that it seemed like the needle was blunt. 😳😢
