The first hydrofacial was fine. Was unable to schedule the second on as they say they are moving and will get back to you. Left a message months ago. Now mailbox is full and you can no longer leave a message, nor have they returned any phone calls with any information on when and where they are moving and plan to open.

Disappointing. Front office staff were very nice, the tech not so. She asked if I had anything on my legs ( for IPL) , I answered “yes”, she replied “great”. Not certain if she was being sincere or sarcastic, I asked her if she meant that, and she said “no”. She didn’t remove the lotion. After, she told me for a better outcome I should’ve used hair laser. Zero results. Was offered a consult.
