They did not let us use the coupon twice in one day and we had to go there after a 45 mins trip not know this and they said we could not use it again. We wasted the trip and the meal and had to pay retail for the sandwich but we had also ordered some ribs. The food is amazing and we always love going there but will not buy another Groupon for Bens.

Went to pick up lunch for group but they would not honor groupon unless we were eating in restaurant. So not allowed to use groupon. Very disappointed. Not likely to go back even though food is good. I'll go to Too Jays instead where they are nice

While the food was top-notch, as usual, our group felt rushed the entire time we were there. Also, this was one of the most disappointing Groupons I have ever bought. The deal was for four sandwiches, but only if you looked at the tiny fine print did you see that you could only buy one sandwich at a time! We drove a far distance with friends to eat at Ben's and we felt really taken advantage of.
