Bad service. Not good food. The side salad was warm not cold. The barbecued ribs were luke warm not hot. We had to wait forever for our check. We will never go back to Lucille's Thank you for your survey. It is a good idea. This is the only way you will know what the consumer experienced.

Excellent food. Ribs are the best. Collards are to die for. Salads are very ample. There was a little confusion with the groupon. you can't use it on regular lunch "specials" so you must order off regular dinner menu at lunch. A little annoying that you Must sit at separate tables if a large group with more than one groupon even if purchased separately. Manager finally relented and allowed us to sit together. That was smart because we had a large tab and will certainly will come back in consideration of is sensibility.

It's a family favorite and has been for many years! Certainly our MOST FAVORITE EVER BBQ spot! Service is super and the food is AWESOME!!!! Glad you do 'groupon.'
