Top notch Pilates Studio. Expensive equipment and high knowledge instructors who really care in improve core , stretch , strength and coordination !

I've bought 8 Tower or Reformer Pilates Classes and when I tried to redeem my voucher I was told that I have to buy beginners classes first because I wouldn't be able to keep up with the classes pace. When I bought the voucher there's not warnings about it. I've got so disappointed.

Hi Ana, I am so sorry that you felt your experience was negative. When you contacted us first in April 2016 you told us about your various health concerns and your intention to buy a Groupon. We advised you to hold off on the Groupon purchase since the core amount of our classes are meant for clients with no health concerns. Back then you told us you understood and opted to take 3 Introductory private lessons first and but then decided to buy the Groupon days later. We were completely unaware of the Groupon purchase but you are always welcome to come in and take your classes. I am sorry for any misunderstanding caused.

The owner is RUDE and acts "put out" by new students who are not familiar with the routines and how the Studio operates! The Groupon is all about trying to sell private classes to students, not letting you attend the group classes. I have been an athlete all of my life and instead of letting me attend my Groupon classes, I have been made to feel unwelcome and like I am a burden to their classes unless I sign up for private classes. Do not buy any Groupons from this Studio. I will take my business to other Pilates Studios in Palm Beach County.
