My wife had a very bad experience. The girl that did my wife’s nails was nice but was a novice, very slow and nervous while working on her nails. Another experienced woman had to intervene. It took 21/2 hours for a gel mani and the pedi got blotched and had to be redone. A blotch of polish was spilled and ruined my wife’s new white shorts. No offer of compensation, just advised to use bleach on them. Novices should not be used on paying customers. My wife couldn’t wait to get out of there, and she’ll never go back.
