I simply Love everyone there! Jennifer is so kind and truly knows what she is doing. For 5 years I have tried to loose weight and failed. As of today in less than four weeks I have lost 14lbs.

The meal plan I was given was geared toward my likes and dislikes and had foods that were healthy while also tasting good. The staff was very nice, supportive, and helpful!
