It's hard for a person to stay grounded when inside one of Jump Time Idaho's locations. Each indoor trampoline park covers tens of thousands of square feet, where kids and adults jump on trampolines, sometimes performing acrobatics, before safely landing in pits of foam. All that fun has an added benefit: it makes for great exercise. The trampolines also allow for unique versions of team games like dodgeball and basketball, all without the spring-loaded shoes professional players wear.
