First time getting lashes and I told her what I did not want and they were exactly what I did not want. Would be better if I brought a picture or they had pictures to choose from. They were also clumpy, I would not return.

Horrible experience ever literally lashes were so ugly NOT worth 100$ plus they’re so rude and Unprofessional! Took them more then 15 minutes to greet me when they saw me walking in , they just don’t GAF about customer service!

It was my first lash experience. The lashes were natural looking, but fell out pretty quickly and I felt the glue and it was scratchy and itchy. I tried a different place and it was WAY better. I think they may not use the highest of quality of products. The stylist was awesome and a great personality though. It just wasn’t enough to go back.

Was rude and all my lash extentions fell out after less than a week!!! I have been getting extentions for 3 yrs. My regular tech moved to California and I was in search of a new one...not impressed! The conversation between the 2 tech's was unprofessional. Not topics and details I would discuss at work and especially in front of a client! Waste of time and money!
