Rachel was absolutely awesome. Best massage of my life! Loved the hot stones. Loved her friendliness and openness! She had amazing technique and very professional.

My massage with June was fabulous. It was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had! Not only did June give a great massage, but also suggested and demonstrated some exercise to help with some of my problem areas. I highly recommend using Brazilian Spa.

**Beware!!***Do not purchase the couples massage on Groupon. Unless if you go to Raquel, she did a great job on my bf. Unfortunately for me, I had Dr Rita as my massage therapist. I was really looking forward to this Swedish massage to relieve my tension but instead I was more stressed after coming here. During my service, I had to ask for more pressure 3x, the flow of the massage was odd and she didn’t even massage my neck/shoulders where I had the most tension until I asked her to. After my massage was done, I spoke with Dr Rita and she stated that she also used gentle touch technique during my service which again, was not the service I requested for. She also said that she hadn’t given a massage in 3 years. Since I’m not a very confrontational person, I left the salon without mentioning how terrible my experience was but as the day went on, I decided to reach out to her. I then sent Dr. Rita a text message to give her a chance to fix the problem before giving her a bad review but instead, she was unprofessional and rude. She also stated that I said I had lymphedema in my leg which is why she gave me a lymphatic drainage instead even though I never said that nor did I have lymphedema. She stated that the lymphatic drainage is higher of value but I don’t think that’s fair for her to just switch my service without asking me first. She also mentioned they only receive $25 for the purchased Groupon, which should not affect the service provided. She recommended I purchase another Groupon and come back in and got another service done. I would give her a 0/10 and would not recommend this place due to her poor customer service skills.
