I booked an appt for the lymphatic massage. I usually like a pretty hard massage but this one was so hard and painful I had to ask her to back off. She was using the pointy part of her elbow and it was digging into my ribcage pretty deep. I have been to OT for lymphatic issues before and that massage is much more focused on moving lymphatic fluid under the skin along the lymph system. This massage wasn't effective for that purpose, it was more deep tissue style.

Was not a Lymphatic massage. They couldn’t speak English to communicate. I won’t be coming back.
