Anne your nails were February 2nd I’m glad to know that your nails have lasted you this long to finally leave a review. I find it appalling that you would say I was uncommunicative and hard to deal with as your the only review to ever have this response given that I spoke to you and explained in every detail that upgrades were not allowed with the Groupon as this is also listed on my website and terms of agreement, plain enough for anyone to see. It saddens me that you would leave an unfair and slandering review when I even worked with and discounted the extra services so that would be able to enjoy the full service as a senior citizen, as this is a spa unless I client wants to speak their entire service I try not to disturb them as this is the only relief many women get from a hectic work and family life I also tend to really focus when I’m working to give my clients the best lasting results that I can when it comes to their nails. I’m glad you were able to enjoy the snacks and refreshments provided, I will also pray for the health of your husband so that your able to get away and have another spa day more to your liking. Best of wishes to you I wouldn’t want someone back who would blatantly lie like this.
