About Bonita Fit

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Bonita Fit offers posturing classes that use a unique fitness invention, the RollerSizeR Ab and core toner. It improves both the golf and tennis swing. The workout releases tight back and neck muscles. All ages, sizes, and levels of fitness will benefit.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I am a former ballet dancer turned alignment trainer from NYC. I injured my hip a few years ago dancing. It caused severe neck and back problems. Using the RollerSizeR relieved the pain and my golf and tennis game improved. This class will help S.W. Floridians with a fitter lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?

Everyone that takes The RollerSizeR class feels the difference in the training immediately. They feel hope they can live with less pain.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

They love The RollerSizeR Workout and they can't live without it.
