Avoid this place at all costs!! The “spa” is anything, but a spa. It is dark, run-down, and messy. The owner is disorganized. The fire alarm reminder kept beeping every 60 seconds. Which is an irritating sound for a relaxing facial. The woman tried to cancel so that she could go to lunch and was exceptionally rude, showing me a sign that says there’s a mandatory 20% tip. Which is not true! I left!

It was a challenge to schedule the first appointment but I had a positive experience. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited for 15 minutes in the cold. No one answered the door and I called several times. I followed up and called two separate days and left several messages. I have not heard back. I notified Groupon and have not heard back either. Disappointing all around.

The environment was not conducive to the services that are offered. The alarm beeped every few minutes the entire facial. There were signs about requiring a 20% tip for the full amount of the service. The provider had a tough disposition, but eventually warmed up. I would never go back!
