I got an "oxygen facial", very disappointed. The online self scheduling was convenient and the inside of the spa looked clean but service was bad. The aesthetician was over 15 minutes late, did a regular facial and said it's an oxygen facial because the products used have oxygen in it, was silent the whole time and kept leaving the room so it was really awkward.

It was easy to make an appointment to redeem this Groupon, but I'm a bit disappointed with the experience. The facial was nice, although about a third of t was just a mask. I paid $10 to upgrade to a gel manicure and 4 days later (it's supposed to last 2 weeks) my nails were chipped in 3 places. The tool to remove cuticles was also very dull, so didn't remove much at all. The technicians were very friendly, but I'm bummed that I have to remove the polish just days later.

Quality service from Amelia and Lauren. Patient and really take their time with you to make sure you are getting the best service.

2 incredible young women own this spa and they not only compliment you, but they compliment each other. Hard working wonderful professional women that are good to you. I bought a gift certificate for a friend when I was there on a Groupon and she also love it. GO! great place reasonably priced in Boston. A rare find.
