Kim was amazing, I requested a deep tissue massage and she delivered. Expect to be an active participant with a deep tissue - Kim uses quick/long massage strokes to really get into tight areas (for me, my neck and shoulders which are now quite sore, so you know she got into the muscle). Clean atmosphere, not the feel of a luxurious spa but can't expect that for such a bargain!
