They did not hold to their promise about the time and they lied about it. Suppose to do a bday party for 8 at 12:30 and on the same day changed it to 3:30. Very unprofessional of the company. The tour guide did a good job

The Pittsburgh Strip tour idea is perfect and could be a great Pittsburgh attraction, but the way it is organized is poor. Guide was a very kind young men , but lacked basic knowledge about businesses he presented, Strip and Strip' culture, history, and food itself... Testing would much better experience with better explanations and more context. Needs a lot of improvement to be an attraction!
