horrible. driver was 20 minutes late for first pickup and called me three times for directions. I live on a main road! while i was i London they emailed to say they could not complete the groupon and could not pick me up at the airport for my trip home. BAD!

They took me to the airport but didn't have clearance from MassPort to pick me up. Has that been corrected?

I was unable to use this Groupon due to the company's contract with the airport being terminated. They cancelled my ride while I was out of town and could not pick me up on my return flight home. I would like to request a refund!
