They need to syc their system with yours to share when coupons are redeemed. Had mixed message that led to a refund on a recent transaction.

Won't ever go back again. They would not honor my Groupon, and the only way to get my clothes back was to pay the full price. I unexpectedly shelled out $60 for an order that I'd estimated to be $20 (Groupon was for $40). Not even an apology, jut kept telling me to call Groupon because it "wasn't showing up in their computer," despite the fact that my unused Groupon was RIGHT THERE on my phone screen. What, there's no way to manually enter a discount?!? How about YOU call Groupon and deal with the alleged problem?!? Shady. This is probably their game, lure people in with a Groupon, do the work, hold their items hostage, then "oops, Groupon isn't working!" Unacceptably bad business etiquette.

This business is very expensive without the Groupon discount- Overpriced. Groupon helped
