Friendly staff. Very honest and helpful. I had a pair of shoes I loved that would have cost more than they were worth to fix and they advised it wasn't worth it. They did a lovely job fixing an old leather bag that I had as well.

Jimmy's Shoe Repair has been my shoe (and leather bag) go-to place for the past 10+ years. They always do a beautiful job whether it's replacing heels or soles or doing repairs. They're friendly, very knowledgeable, and happy to give advice. Plus, they will tell you what what can and cannot reasonably be repaired--or what will not last. Very trustworthy and reliable. I bring everything leather that I need repaired to them. I highly recommend them!
