Dining at Oliveira's Steak House is the culinary equivalent of a choose-your-own-adventure book—only here, every adventure ends with a stomach full of delicious Brazilian food. Guests can order a la cart to sample dishes like oxtail with potatoes or fried pork sausages, but the specialty here is rodizio-style dining. During this type of meal, servers bring a vast spread of skewered meats to the table, including pork sirloin, chicken, and beef that's seasoned with sea salt and slow roasted over an open flame, and it's up to the guests to signal when they've had enough. A buffet of traditional Brazilian sides, from deep-fried yucca to steamed chayote, round out every meal, as do drinks like mango and coconut coladas.
