Used Groupon to clean two winter jacket but price was quite high so ended up paying extra. They seem to have done a good job though.

One star: they didn't lose my stuff.
Two stars: clothes seems clean.
No 3rd star: for not posting their fees.
No 4th star: for not notifying me the cost of cleaning each item and just telling me I owe them $30 additional from the $25 groupon I bought.
No 5th star: for demanding I pay for an extra tie because we didn't realize it was stuffed in a suit pocket. Why was I not called and asked first?
