(HIDDEN CHARGE) If you are late for any reason, $100 charge on your credit card!!!! (HIDDEN CHARGE) When you first in their store. If the doctor keep promoting you, they are doing a special $150 for two treatment which is refundable if you don't like it. (DON'T TRUST THEM). Its never refundable! (If you don't pay their $100 late fee, they will tell you I will see you in the count, I will never lose a case like that.) (OK, SEE YOU IN THE COUNT!!!!!!)

Dated and dirty. No spa scene. They plop you on a table with old dry towels. Nothing comfortable. Not able to answer questions about the procedure. No results.

The lady who did my treatment was nice, but the man at the front desk is rather rude; he scheduled my appointment wrong and then charged me $100 fee for my missed appointment. I know for a fact I never would NEVER schedule my appointment for 1:30 on a Tuesday, as I always have class at that time.
