We had an appointment at 4, but they did not even start on our nails until 5, then wanted to hassle us and made it difficult to use the groupon. Won't go back. First time I've not left a tip - anywhere.

They were obviously unhappy that we were groupon users. They accused us of not telling them in advance that we had a groupon, which was very clearly communicated in advance when making the appointment. The staff were almost all unfriendly, I couldn't believe how rude the woman who did my nails was. She had a disgusted look on her face the whole time, and it made me feel bad for being there. I will not revisit this salon or suggest it to friends/family.

Said the groupon wasnt valid and had been used but it only changed to used after they scanned it. Then they demanded a different form of payment and charged my wife $77. Will never go there again!!
