Even though it was named one of CoasterNation.com's "Top 31 Haunted Attractions" in 2015, Haunted Nightmare doesn't choose to simply rest in peace. Now in its sixth season, this renowned haunt features an entirely new layout than in years past, including an uncharted main path teeming with fresh scares.
Haunted Nightmare isn't just out for blood, however. In fact, it rewards survivors with a Food and Fear Garden, complete with food trucks, beer, and photo opportunities. Plus, at its cold, rotting heart, this attraction stands as the top fundraising event for the local Nile chapter of masonic Shriners.

It's a bit of a wait for the ride (van/shuttle) down to the haunting attractions, then another long wait to start. Overall, skip the VIP tickets; they're not worth it. There are a few good hauntings; the asylum, inferno and one other are best ones. The clown attraction was juvenile, but wearing the 3D made it a little better. I think that if you go during the "lights out" will be a better scare.
