Bodies rise and fall at Leela Yoga Studio, whether through yoga postures or at the hands of skin-kneading massage therapists. On the yoga side of things, experienced instructors lead students through beginner and advanced Vinyasa classes, which emphasize body awareness. Restorative and adaptive yoga, on the other hand, focus on strengthening those with chronic health conditions. As for massage, therapists employ therapeutic kneads to ease pain and tension, as well as Thai bodywork to improve clients' range of motion.
