Lacey Yantis and Aaron Blank’s Hawaii wedding was more than a personal milestone for them—it was the beginning of a shared career in wedding photography. The duo now helm Visions of Romance, named Top Wedding Photographer by Real Simple and awarded a spot in _The Knot_’s Best of Weddings list in 2011. The studio’s shoots unobtrusively chronicle nuptials, from the bridal party’s primping to the reception, in a style that marries photojournalism with a touch of traditional wedding portraiture. Afterward, couples view and proof images in private online galleries, collecting physical photos in optional keepsake wedding albums from designers such as Graphistudio and La-vie Album. The photographers also capture couples’ connections in engagement shoots, or outdoor shoots in which brides "trash” their dress post-wedding by wearing it into the ocean or to a food fight.
