Don't waste your money. Massage may be in the name, but that's the only place it is. All she does is hold your head, and says she's "releasing fluids...". I can lay in bed and hold my own head up.

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your Craniosacral Therapy treatment. As I explain on my website and in person before the session, Craniosacral is a very light touch bodywork that can be effective in helping to relieve headaches and chronic stress. CS is meant to draw the body’s attention to areas of tension and help it release the fascia, so it is much gentler than many other forms of bodywork. Groupon can be a great resource for trying out new treatments and finding out what they’re like. Not every modality is perfect for every client, but I know you will find something that is a good fit soon!
