What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
With a combination of Myoskeletal Alignment, structural assessments, Corrective exercise training, and Thai Yoga Massage we work to relieve chronic pain, recover from injury and increase performance.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After 20+ years in the restaurant business with chronic pain it was bodywork and exercise that made it possible for me to still be functional physically. I pass that understanding and passion to stay healthy on to my clients.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the look on a clients face when they realize just how easily we can reduce or eliminate their pain with just a bit of work on both my and their part. The opened relaxed expression on their face after a session.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
