What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I offer gentle, effective Chiropractic adjustments for women and families. Additionally I offer Chiropractic and Massage blended sessions with either 30 or 45 minutes of muscle relaxation and adjustment. My massage oils and creams are homemade using materials from a local Apothecary and smell divine. My sessions are personalized with a focus on period cramp relief, prenatal care, neck pain and back pain relief.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration came from my Mother, who suffered with Endometriosis (a painful uterine disease) for 30 years. She had devastatingly painful period cycles and found relief through Chiropractic care. My quest these past 15 years has been to find a method of pelvic adjustment that reduces uterine strain and supports the body’s natural hormone cycles. Since opening my practice in 2008, I’ve helped hundreds of women experience pain-free periods, and I love it!
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely adore my patients! They are some of the sweetest, most wonderful women you will ever meet. I really enjoy spending quality time with each one, as my sessions are a minimum of 15 minutes, up to 45 minutes so we get some great stories and sharing in during that time. I love learning about their families, friends, desires and dreams. It really is truly inspiring work!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
My best reaction was from a woman who had period pain so severe she would take off work, curl up into a ball on her couch and cry and sometimes vomit from the pain. She would have blinding migraines around her cycle and could barely move. Then she met me and we began a series of pelvic and spinal adjustments. By the very next monthly cycle she was pain free! Her husband couldn’t even tell she was on her period! She was amazed, delighted and has been ever since. I now adjust her little daughter as well, and am so grateful to have helped her so significantly. It warms my heart!
