What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Fit & Mindful intends to heal the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I offer yoga, run coaching and adventures, sports and Thai massage for both adults and young athletes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? As a runner, triathlete, skier, and yogi, I'm inspired to work with the athletic community. I created Fit & Mindful to provide healing tools to help people find more balance in their bodies and life.

What do you love most about your job? The best part of my job is that people leave feeling more relaxed and open in body, as well as mind. I love connecting with people and helping them find ways to improve the way they feel. My job is an amazing exchange of energy!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? The best reaction has always been when a customer tells me that the service was the best they have ever gotten. Sometimes I work well with certain customers and they can't wait to come back again and again.
