More than 10 years ago, Jade Slay—the proprietor of Precision Touch Massage—suffered a shoulder injury while practicing capoeira. Her doctors said she would need surgery, but she sought out a treatment plan that comprised massage, physical therapy, and chiropractic to restore function to her shoulder. Ever since, she's been spreading the good word as a licensed massage therapist. Her practice specializes in helping rehabilitate injuries and alleviate acute and chronic pain through deep-tissue massage, sports massage, and trigger-point therapy. Jade also performs gentle, relaxing Swedish massage and prenatal massage, which she has used to help over 100 mothers cope with their fatigue and aching body.
