They are really good about telling you if they have the part necessary to fix your device. I'd call ahead and make sure they have what is necessary and to get an estimate of how long it will take to fix your device. On an easy day, less than an hour, and if they are busy, you might have to come back. Great experience.

If you have a broken device-don't wait-get it fixed. I suffered for months with a broken screen on my I_Pad 2, now it looks and works like it is brand new. Get it fixed today.
