Alpenglow Dental, Bountiful

Very nice hygienist! I am often weary of a new dentist because they can try and nickel and dime you. But I didn’t get that feeling at Alpenglow. I was very impressed!

Good experience. Accomplished everything we hoped.

I went to the pleasant grove location. I was 15 min early for my appointment so I could fill out paperwork, and they didn't even bring be back and sit me down until 45 min after my appointment was supposed to be. I sat there for another 20 while people came in and out. The office seemed very unorganized and inexperienced with the whitening procedure I received. The girl applying it got the perodixde all over my Lips and cheek causing immediate swelling and burns and made me feel like it was somehow my fault. I had her take it off 5 min into it because I did not feel comfortable or like this was a professional service whatsoever. They said they felt bad and that they'd make me some whitening trays to bring home instead, it took the girl 2 tries on both top and bottom to get them right, again felt like I was at a student office or something. They said they'd give me a call in a week when the trays were ready, and it's been over 6 weeks now. Would not recommend. Waste of money.

The dentist was great; the receptionist could have been more customer oriented...
