What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
We encourage each of our new students to have fun and enjoy their workouts. Each student can control the intensity of their workouts as they build endurance and confidence. Most of our students start seeing startling results after only two weeks of training with us.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bowie Mixed Martial Arts started kickboxing classes in Bowie after a parent of one of our Kids asked us what she could do to get fit. We've been making moms and dads in Bowie and surrounding areas fit for over 5 years now.

What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing our satisfied customers come to us with before and after pictures to show off the success of their hard work. All of the instructors here are goal oriented and seeing the fruit of the hard work we all do is our reward.
