The driver was 30 minutes early to pick me up. Great service. Will definitely use them again. Passed it to all of my friends.

The service provided was not as I expected. First, the driver said that he could not pick us up at arrivals, but that we would have to meet him at the departures area. When we left baggage claim, there were multiple drivers there to pick up clients, so I am unsure why our driver could not do the same. I've had car services pick me up at the airport before and I've NEVER had to go find the driver! Secondly, when we got the departures area the driver took forever to come get us. I did as he directed and called when we got to the departures area to tell him where we were at, but he was clearly not close. He said he would be there in 2 minutes, but was not. I had to call him back two separate times to get his ETA. This is December, it was cold outside, and he had us waiting for at least 10 minutes. Thirdly, he was in a car that I do not feel was adequate for us and our luggage. When the reservation was made, JJMA was advised that we had 4 pieces of large checked luggage, and small carry-on bags. This car could not accommodate all of this luggage. I am 5'11" and my fiancée is 6'3." The driver had his seat so far in the back seat that my knees we cramped. My fiancée is not a small man either, so I know the space that is required when larger people are driving, but then the car should accommodate that so that the passengers in the back seat can be comfortable. This was not the case. And lastly, the groupon cost me $55 (because I had 15% off of the $65 advertised price). JJMA charged an extra $10 for more than 2 checked luggage. There was a communication error in making the reservation, and 4 checked luggage’s were reported when in actuality there were only 2. This was a lucky happenstance, because that car would not have been able to accommodate 4 large checked luggage. So this brought the total to $75. With the extra fees of about $15, our total was around $90, much more than the groupon price and much more than the price listed in the JJMA website for their services. I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this service because of the 4 items I have listed supra.

It was a fantastic service! The person scheduling the trips was courteous and returned calls quickly. the drivers were both there 10 minutes early- which is perfect when you're going to the airport and worrying that a late driver could cause issues making your flight. I loved how the driver texted to let me know he was at the airport and to call and let him know which exit we were at... would absolutely use again!
