The esthetician was kind and welcoming. However I had a negatove reaction to the Enzyme peel. My skin flared up and I had a lot of acne bumps on my cheeks, chin, and forehead. When I contracted the esthetician to inform her of what happened and she reommended CereVe products to cleanse and moisturize the skin. I'm still dealing with a bumpy face 5 days after the peel.

It is unfortunate that the client had such an allergic reaction to the peel. I have never seen this before, I did respond immediately once the client reached out. Yes, I did recommend gentle products to help calm the reaction and soothe her skin. I also had the client come back the following week to assess her condition and performed a complimentary calming facial. I wish her well on her skin care journey.

The Pure Bliss name speaks for itself. The interior decor is serene and relaxing. Rochelle is a welcoming hostess and a skilled professional. I will definitely come again soon.
