The service was disappointing: They made me pay an extra $17.88 because they said that my Groupon didn't include the Ceramic Protectection service. My Groupon voucher stated "Ultra Saver Wash with Ceramic Protection. I have another Groupon voucher for the same thing. How can this be rectified. I would appreciate a response form Groupon. Person at the line told me they would not honor my expired Groupon. Said this was a new company that bought the Motor City Car Wash. I had the car washed and went into the cashier. She said they would honor the Groupon for the amount paid. Said the other person was new and she called him in and explained the deal. I paid the difference and they reran my car though the wash. Took care of the problem.
