Let me start by saying the Groupon was NOT FOR THE SALON but for stylist -NANCY-whom had changed salons when I called to make appt. entire experience was bad but this section will not let me leave enough info to explain. NO GREETING-NO INTRODUCTION -BAD ATTITUDE -DID NOT ASK ABOUT MY HAIR TYPE - DID NOT ASK HOW MUCH TO CUT - I SAID SPECIFICALLY DO NOT CUT WEDGE AND SHE DID EXACTLY THAT THEN WAS IRRITATED WHEN i DID NOT LIKE IT - NO "DEEP CONDITIONING" AS STATED -I PAID 40 AND COULD HAVE HAD SAME CUT IN SUPERCUTS FOR 10 - NEED MORE ROOM TO TYPE TO EXPLAIN ALL-TOTAL RIP OFF!
