Jiffy Lube, Bozeman

This is a great group of people they usually get me in and out in under 30 minutes and they know my vehicle they know me and they don’t pressure me to do things my car doesn’t need but they do let me know when it is time to do things and give me notice what I will need at my next oil change I think they’re top notch!!

Always happy with Jiffy Lube in Columbia Falls Montana they always greet me with a smile and don’t push me to do a bunch of things they don’t need but they are honest with me about what I do need they are also happy to do a little extra when I need them to happy about the new ownership!!

First I was called back after they could not start my car to pull it into the garage. I was told that my relatively new battery was dead. It wasn't the snow and ice surrounding Jiffy Lube created bumps when i drove in which knocked the connectors off of my battery. When we came back there my fiance easily reconnected the charged battery and started my car. Next the same guy, now cashiering tried to tell me that they didn't honor the Groupon there. He said there was no full oil change deal, and that the best he could do was give me $10 off of full price. I complained because I already purchased this and would not have gone to Jiffy Lube otherwise. He ended up getting his manager, and it was thankfully resolved.
