Purchased the full house, however it did not convey a really deep clean service, which I decided to purchase on the day of service. The result is really good, my carpet looks clean again!

Tried to get them to come in Dec. of last year when I bought the groupon. I left several voice mails finally after getting a hold of groupon they (groupon) got the owner to call me back. Scheduled an appointment, I might have made a mistake on the first day, I thought it was, but the second appointment no call and no show from the owner. I called and he called me back stating that he had lost all my contact information, and would be here in an hour. Almost 2 hours later he showed up and was gone in less than 30 min. He tried to sell me more than the groupon stating it was for a "surface clean" and I needed a deep clean. I am sorry but I just wouldn't recommend this company.
