Booked a packs of 3 facials and was scheduled to go in tomorrow but they called me Friday to cancel my appointment and tell me they are closed for business. Helena needs to do better with her business practices.

I had a great experience at Gentle Aesthetics Medical Spa. Gianna was very nice and created a relaxing, friendly atmosphere. She explained the procedure and after care. My skin looked and felt great all day. Looking forward to returning.
