Nightmare! $150 doesn’t include dirt,sand,pet hair,spills,kids mess,stains, extra $ for cloth interior. Couldn’t reach them to book appointment so I went to the Braintree address listed. They are in Abington. Finally they texted. They didn’t even wash the front windshield outside or inside. My neighbor thought I was kidding that it was detailed. He REALLY THOUGHT MY 12 yr old did it. Really BAD

Scheduling with a hassle for starters then when the technicians arrived, they told me that there was going to be a $30 charge to have my seat wash although I was under the impression that was included in the Groupon that I purchased which I later found out that it wasand then, when they were all done, my seats were wet but once they dry, they still looked the same as before they started the process thus me feeling like I wasted my money I tried contacting Customer Service and they are hassling me about giving me a refund. There seems to be a language barrier as.
