Semi was amazing she explained the procedure and what to do for aftercare.

My first time doing any sort of laser. I'd done my research on YouTube and read a few blogs and articles. When I arrived there was a client in already with only 1 specialist and my appointment was at 8am I believe so the doors were locked had to wait about 10 minutes. Seema arrived and she too was locked out. Once we were in Seema was so pleasant made me feel comfortable and at ease. She applied generous amount of numbing gel all over my face, left it for what seemed like 15-30 mins. Then in the midst of talking I asked her what to expect the after care and she said they're using the newest laser tech that there wouldn't b much down time again it depends on your skins age. I'm asian Chinese 38 with acne scars and starting to see fine lines. Even with the numbing gel it was excruciatingly painful and I was shaking each time. I have quite a moderate to high degree of tolerance to pain. Seema did say I did quite well for my 1st time considering I only asked her to pause once during the whole process. I wasn't give any aftercare instructions like vinegar or washing frequently, again bcoz of modern laser. My down time was probably 1 week where my face was red and blotchy and burning the 1st day and night. Day 2 was just red with a few spots oozing slightly with clear discharge and slight very faint odor. Day 3 could see some oozing liquid and some pots were redder than others. Day 4 was bright pink with some areas showing peels especially around my cheeks where my acne was predominantly, my nose and chin. And from there is was great. Just came back from vacation and didn't wear any foundation or bb cream. Just my tinted sunscreen and eye makeup. My skin definitely looks younger more brighter and the pores on my face is clear. I would recommend Seema and CO2 for anyone who feels you wanna go without a full face makeup. Friendly and absolutely wonderful staff. Thankyou so much will visit soon.
