I received 4 of the 6 sessions. Had to cancel the 5th session due to bad weather and I drive an hour one way for service. Owner, Kimberly said she responded better to text messages. After 4 text messages --- crickets!!!! She is the only technician!!! Terrible customer service as I'm still waiting for her to respond to any of the last 5 messages!!! Do NOT use her!!!! Highly disappointed!!!!

Biggest rip-off If you are flabby it will look like you lose an inch or so only to drink it back the next day. This is BS
