This offer is showing redeemed when I did not redeem this offer. i tried scheduling an appointment for an alignment and was told they were booked. Then was instructed to call another location in Richmond to see if they had any availability. They said I had to leave my vehicle for several days. I will not purchase anything else related to this business and would like my money or credit for this purchase. Zero stars

Excellent customer service. They made suggestions for services that needed to be done but did not pressure me into getting the services. However, I took their recommendations to ensure my vehicle gets the proper maintenance it needs. Prices were reasonable. Definitely will be doing business with them again.
