Horrible, unorganized, unplanned exercise routines. Not a "boot camp" in any shape or manner. Does not live up to the BCOR standards or program!

It was a terrible experience.
The first time I went to a class they told me it would be a few minutes and to wait in the lobby. After about 10 minutes I went back to the desk to ask if they were ready and was told that the instructor had left already and that I could try again the following day.
I went back to try the class again and it was told that the instructor was off that day. I student was leading the class and she wasn't sure what the routine was.
I never went back. I ended up throwing away $35. Very unprofessional organization.
