I had to leave my devices there for two weeks. I had to keep calling back to find out the status of the repairs. I had to take back the iPod I wanted repaired because dealing with this business was frustrating.

My experience at iFixandRepair was top notch! It devestating to walk around with a broken iPhone. A reminder of one mistake, everyday painfully relived, everytime you go to pull one of the most important pieces of equipment from your pocket. My life has been restored to normal! They were fast, courteous and super helpful! This may have been the best groupon ever, 100% worth ever dollar!

The service seems to be geared towards IPhones but I called & Seattle they could repair my Android phone. The technician replaced the broken glass but it later developed a fault & another part had to be ordered. It's been a slow process up to this point.
